(7) Reasons for rail material. Individual rails may be shipped from the factory. For various reasons, the rails are hard-bent and the joint quenching strength is lower than other standard rails. When the rails are changed, the vertical wear of the two rails is uneven, or the horizontal mats of the improper joints are unevenly distributed, and the uneven height of the rails is caused by the uneven lifting of the joints, which causes the train wheels to damage the joints greatly, resulting in joints. The empty crane is serious and the level of the rail is poor.
(8) Crushed stone ballast material and poor grade. Under the repeated action of the train load, the ball bed breaks the gravel, which causes the ballast plate knot to affect the quality of the maintenance work and affect the tamping effect.
(9) The position of the joint sleeper is not correct, and the train load can not be transmitted to the track bed and the roadbed in a balanced manner, resulting in uneven force on the left and right strands of the same joint.
(10) The super-high setting on the curve is unreasonable, and the gravity of the train intensifies the impact of the joint under the curve, resulting in a low buckle.
